Verified Account Policy

1. What Verification Means

The I Love The Money verified badge (✓) is a signal to other members that your account has passed our identity or authenticity review. It is displayed on your profile and next to your name across the Platform.

Verification confirms that the account is operated by the person or entity it claims to represent, in accordance with our internal verification procedures. It is a mark of authenticity, not a ranking, endorsement, or guarantee of trustworthiness.

3. The Verification Process

To apply for a verified account, you must:

1. Have a complete and active account in good standing (no active suspensions or violations)
2. Pay the one-time verification fee of CHF 10.00 through the Platform's payment system
3. Submit a valid government-issued identity document (passport, national identity card, or equivalent) through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process in your Backoffice
4. If you are under 18, also provide verifiable parental or legal guardian consent

Our team reviews all applications manually. We aim to process applications within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome. We reserve the right to request additional information or to decline any application without being required to provide a reason.

4. Verification Fee

The verification fee is CHF 10.00, charged as a one-time payment at the time of application. There is no recurring charge. The fee covers the cost of manual identity review and administration.

Payment is processed through our secure third-party payment partners. The Operator does not store full card details on its own servers.

5. Referral Commission: Earn CHF 5.00 Per Verified Referral

How the commission works in practice

The referred user always pays the full CHF 10.00 verification fee. The CHF 5.00 commission is paid entirely by I Love The Money from its own revenue — not deducted from the referred user's payment. Refer two verified members and your own verification fee is effectively covered.

Commission payments & withdrawals

Commissions accumulate in your Backoffice balance in real time. Withdrawals are processed within 5–7 business days once approved, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount displayed in your Backoffice and completion of our payout identity verification.

Abuse prevention

Commissions are only credited for genuine, independent referrals. Self-referral, the creation of fictitious accounts, or any attempt to artificially generate commissions is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated commissions. We reserve the right to withhold or claw back commissions where fraud or abuse is detected.

6. Revocation of Verification

The verified badge may be revoked — without refund — if:

• Your account is found to be impersonating another person or organisation
• You have provided false, forged, or misleading identity documentation
• You have committed serious or repeated violations of our Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Your verified account is used to cause significant harm to other users or to the Platform
• A court or competent authority orders revocation

Before revoking verification in non-emergency situations, we will attempt to notify you and give you the opportunity to respond. In cases involving serious harm, fraud, or legal orders, we may revoke immediately.

7. Refund Policy

The CHF 10.00 verification fee is non-refundable once the verified badge has been granted and the identity review process has been completed. This reflects the cost of the manual review process.

A full refund will be issued if:

• A technical error on our side prevented the payment from being processed correctly
• Your verification application was rejected after a complete review and the badge was never granted

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment to info@ilovethemoney.com. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.

8. Non-Transferability

Verification is granted to a specific account and is strictly personal. It cannot be transferred to another account, sold, gifted, or assigned. If you close your account, your verified status cannot be moved to a new account — a new verification application and fee would be required.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the Platform. Changes to the verification fee or commission amount will not affect verification purchases already completed.
